Yes. Flex has no monthly fee. Buy credits when you need them and move to Studio or Scale when the lower per-image price saves more than the subscription. Enterprise adds managed operations, custom terms and a dedicated account manager.
02Are AI results checked by a person?＋
Instant AI background removal is self-service. Full production orders include independent human quality control before delivery.
03Can different departments upload and approve?＋
Yes. Invite uploaders, reviewers, managers and billing users, then assign each handoff to the correct person or department.
04What happens to unused credits?＋
Purchased credits stay in the workspace and do not expire. The separate region-specific welcome credit is promotional and expires 14 days after it is granted.
05How does the welcome trial work?＋
A new eligible customer workspace receives a round local credit for 14 days—£20 in the UK, $20 in the US and equivalent round amounts in other supported regions. No card is required. One trial is available per customer or business and promotional credit has no cash value.
